NOMAD, located north of Madison Square Park and east of Penn Station, is transitioning with a new mixed-use project. This development caters to workers, tourists, and residents through creative office spaces, retail areas, and hotels. The project uses Revit for BIM, Grasshopper for parametric design, Rhino for 3D modeling, GIS for spatial analysis, and Adobe Suite for visualizations, ensuring precise and innovative design and execution.
